Terms & Conditions

PURCHASES

You are responsible for providing the proper measurements and exact specifications for your order. All window roller shades are custom made to the measurements provided. We encourage you to take into account all of the product specifications indicated on the website, and order samples to verify fabric color and texture, prior to submitting your order to avoid errors.

PAYMENT

We accept online credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovery) and payments through your PayPal account. In the unlikely event that there is an error in pricing, we reserve the right to correct the pricing. You will have the option to cancel the order or pay the correct amount for the product. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and only U.S. currency is accepted. Orders of $5,000 or more may be required to be paid by money order or cashier’s cheque; manufacturing will begin once payment has been received.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

No refunds will be issued and orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If any merchandise is returned to Window Roller Shades or a manufacturer without prior authorization, it will be disposed without notice; no refunds or replacements will be issued.

In cases where you've received your order and need to re-order due to an error in measurement, as a courtesy we will offer you 25% off any re-order of the same blind.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

It is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to submitting your order. Changes and cancellations can only be made if we receive written instructions from you within 24 hours after your online order has been submitted. Change or cancellation requests received after 24 hours may not be accepted.

BACKORDERS

On occasion, fabrics may be on backorder due to circumstances out of our control such. We will do our best to notify you in such cases and inform you of the options available for your order.

SALES AND PROMOTIONS

Sales and promotional offers may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. If you ordered samples, any sales discounts available at the time you ordered your samples, will honored if you order the product within 15 days of the sample order date. Promotional offers that are available during a specified period will not be extended for any reason, and regardless if you ordered samples or not.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

All of our window shades are covered under excellent industry warranty.

Warranty claims will only be accepted from the original owner and must be submitted to info@windowrollershades.com accompanied by the original sales order and photos showing the nature of the problem. Additional information may be requested in order to properly assess the claim.

Warranty coverage is limited to the replacement or repair of parts or products found to be defective by Window Roller Shades. Whether a product will be replaced or repaired is at the sole discretion of Window Roller Shades.

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

  • Original defects in materials or workmanship
  • For 5 years from the date of purchase:
    • All internal mechanisms
    • Motorization components and accessories (excluding batteries)
  • For 3 yearsfrom the date of purchase:
    • Fabric
    • Cassettes and valences
    • Operating cords

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damages caused by misuse or abuse
  • Damages due to sunlight exposure, including discoloration, cracking or stretching
  • Damages due to environmental conditions such as humidity or salty air
  • Damages caused during installation or due to improper installation
  • Damages caused from improper cleaning or maintenance
