Delivery is free to all contiguous states of the USA. Additional charges apply for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard delivery time is approximately 10 days. However, due to variances in order volume at certain times of the year, manufacturing times can occasionally be longer. To track the status of your order click here.

Will I be notified when my order will be delivered?
Yes, orders are delivered via courier service. You will receive an email with a courier tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?
Yes. The courier service will attempt to deliver 2 times.

What if I am not home when my parcel is delivered?
If no one is available to sign during delivery attempts, the parcel will be sent to the nearest pick-up location and will be held for 5 days. You are responsible for arranging to pick-up your parcel. If your parcel is not picked up by the 5th day, it will be sent back to the manufacturer and you will be responsible to pay any additional fees incurred as a result.

Window Roller Shades delivers free samples to your door before you order within 3 to 6 business days.


Upon receipt of your order, inspect the boxes carefully and alert the delivery service to any immediately observed damage. Open the boxes and inspect your order to ensure it has not been damaged during delivery. Do not discard the boxes.

My product has been damaged during delivery. What do I do?
It is important to notify us quickly. Take pictures and send them, along with your name and order number, to within 10 days of the original delivery date. Damage claims received after 10 days of the original delivery date may be refused.

What if parts are missing from my order (for example installation materials such as screws and brackets)?
If any parts are missing from your order, please contact us within 10 days and we’ll send you replacement parts as soon as possible.

What I received is not what I ordered?
Please contact us immediately and we will be pleased to rectify any manufacturing errors.
